• Deletable at any time through the extension

Permissions We Use

ClipFlow requires certain browser permissions to function:

• activeTab: To detect media on the current Instagram page
• downloads: To save files to your Downloads folder
• storage: To remember your preferences locally
• Host permission (*.instagram.com): To access Instagram pages for media detection

These permissions are used solely for the stated functionality and no data is collected through them.

Third-Party Services

Current version (1.0.0):

• ClipFlow does not use any third-party services
• No external APIs or services are contacted
• All functionality is self-contained within the extension

Data Security

Since ClipFlow doesn't collect or transmit data:

• There is no data to secure on external servers
• Your download history is stored locally using Chrome's secure storage
• You maintain complete control over your data

Children's Privacy

ClipFlow does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 years of age. The extension functions the same for all users without collecting any personal data.

Your Rights

Since we don't collect personal data, traditional data rights (access, deletion, portability) don't apply. However, you can:

• Clear your local download history anytime through the extension
• Uninstall the extension to remove all local data
• Disable the extension without any data retention
